Ms. Amala Akkineni is married to film star Nagarjuna Akkineni. A successful film star herself, she is a trained classical dancer from Kalakshetra, Chennai. Presently teaches yoga at Hyderabad, & volunteers with animal welfare groups at Hyderabad.
An ardent animal lover & emotional Vegetarian She is the founder of Blue Cross of Hyderabad, working for the animal welfare at Hyderabad for the past 12 years with one of India's best-known animal shelters.
